Academic Co-ordination Division (ACD)
- Office Management
- Establishment matters comprising creation of posts, appointments and postings of academics’, recruitment by Transfer/Deputation, implementation of Government directives governing concessions in appointments
- Personnel matters viz., service matters comprising probation and confirmation, leave, seniority, extensions and re-employment, , regulation of pay, forwarding of applications for other employment, resignations and deputation, etc
- Conduct, Discipline and Vigilance matters
- Formulation of rules, regulations etc
- Preparation of Agenda papers/notes for various statutory committees like Establishment Committee, Board of Management, etc and organisation of committee work.
Administration Division (AD)
A college has two important components: The student and the teacher, in
that order. The intellectual interaction between these two makes an
academic institution. And to make this interaction possible, a third
component is required. And that component is administrative support. The
role of administration, thus, has to be understood in the above
perspective.Statutory BodiesThe college is an academic institution; the
primary function of Administration in a college system is to provide
support to the academic activities of the Collegea.
Finance and Accounts Division (FAD)
- Collection of Revenue Receipts on behalf of the College.
- Payments to staff members,
- Payments to outside parties for supply of material and service rendered,
- Preparation of Budget Estimates, Review of Receipts and Expenditure to facilitate the Management Information System with periodic inputs,
- Preparation of Annual Accounts
- Maintenance of Provident Fund
- Investment of funds to generate additional resources for the organisation
- Management of the Funds of the Projects sponsored by outside organisations, and Maintenance of Employees Welfare Fund Accounts
Library and Documentation Division (LDD)
The Mother College library is the most resourceful information centre. Computer Division (CD)
Computer Division is backbone of the Mother Arts And Science College which provides various Computing and Network services through Information & Communication Technologies for its students and staff.Feedback System is a web based application that is used for collecting and managing the feedback from students and Teachers on academic/non-academic activities in the college.
